Assisted Living Center Gets New Four-Legged Friend

In Lincoln Park, a home just wasn’t a home until its newest resident on four paws walked in. Many at Sunrise Senior Living have quickly taken to 1-year-old Howie, a rescue from Anti-Cruelty Society.

Though some senior homes bring in animals for comfort on a regular basis, Howie is family. He’s mobile therapy; a friend who always listens to those who have a lifetime of memories to share.
